TRANSFERS / SANCTIONS


A Player who wants to transfer to a different club must fill out a Club Transfer Form. These come in a variety of types and are processed by different levels of the Association depending on the transfer requested. Click on the link to download a PFD version of the form you require.

INTRA STATE TRANSFER FORM (PDF)
To transfer from one club to another within the same State an Intra Club Transfer Form must be completed. It is processed by the State Association.

INTERSTATE TRANSFER FORM (PDF)
To Transfer from one club to another in another State an Interstate Transfer Form must be completed. This is processed by the State Association and forwarded to the Australasian Secretary for approval.

OVERSEAS TRANSFER FORM (PDF)
Male players transferring from an overseas unit other than Ireland complete an Overseas Transfer Form. It is forwarded via a State Secretary to the Australasian Secretary who on forwards to Croke Park for approval.

OFFICIAL SANCTION FORM (PDF)
Male players from Ireland wishing to play in Australasia must complete a Sanction Form either before they leave Ireland or on arrival in Australasia. It is forwarded via a State Secretary to the Australasian Secretary who on forwards to Croke Park for approval.

Female players presently are not required to lodge Overseas Transfers or Sanctions.
